She was one of the artists in our first show at the palace on Västra Trädgårdsgatan, in early spring 2018. Christine Ödlund fick den av en slump. Denna lilla jordplätt, en trädgård i miniformat, blev en odlingsplats. Inte bara för växter utan även för idéer. Kolonilotten har förvandlats till ett grönt laboratorium. Tankar fick slå rot. Intryck fick blomstra. Fröer såddes och växter blev konst.

En stämning av outtalad mystik vilar över rummet där Christine Ödlund ställer ut en trappa ner på Magasin III. Åt ena kortsidan har växter grupperats, ormbunkar och orkidéer, högt uppsatta på en ställning som liknar ett altare – omgivet på vardera sidan av färgstarka glasfönster.
